How much more time do the remaining unpaid have to pay up before they are booted?

If someone doesn’t pay up after a certain amount of time will they be booted and the remaining 7 who have already paid be given the option of paying a couple of dollars more to get this fully paid and distributed? Just curious. New here (and paid up). Thanks.
