Hey all. I believe that having access to working strategies would be incredibly valuable, not just for immediate application, but also to better understand their building blocks. This would allow us to replicate, refine, and introduce new ideas for continuous improvement.

To accelerate the learning curve, I’ve started using StrategyQuant. While it is a complex tool, I appreciate its solid validation process. However, my long-term goal is to transition towards open-source solutions and develop a more independent approach that doesn’t rely on proprietary tools.

I am very interested in joining this GB.

He backtests using his own backtester from repo
