All clinic(5 clinics) and software are ready?

The clinics occur over a time span of a few weeks.

The first clinic is more of a guide. It shows you how to get help, locate files in the GitHub that you will use to build your bot, and the goals of the next few weeks. Ideally, you should be able to make a basic bit within a week. Further clinics will refine the software/bot.

I guess the admin will provide you all the videos, future clinics, etc. I paid for the course myself, but haven't been reimbursed anything so I'll drop out of giving updates. I gave proof of purchase, videos, login info, etc., but no communication from the admins afterwards. Today was clinic #1.

Did you give the software?

Clinic #2-#5 will take 1 week each, right?

That means this GB will take another 4 weeks to complete, right?

Yes. The "classes" are once a week. Every other week is a new #...so the end or final class will be March 28. The Feb 3rd class was just a intro/setup session. Feb 7 is Clinic #1.

If the admin allows, we should have a offline study group for those who have simple questions.

It sounds like you have access to Omega from git? We don't have it yet afaik

The setup is pretty simple, but there are parts that some may need clarification. I thought we were all going to get the info at the same time; then if there was a study group with each class we would be more successful, etc. I don't mind leading the discussion group. I not highly skilled in coding, but I likely have more info and we could all add valuable info.
